North8 is managed by North8 Development Corporation, a property development company committed to creating opportunities for SMEs and micro-entrepreneurs. Its core purpose is to develop prime, well-organized spaces that support business growth and community living. These developments include commercial shops, office and service-sector spaces, food districts, and residential rooms designed to serve both entrepreneurs and the surrounding community.

History

North8 began its journey on September 8, 2013, at North Road, Basak, Mandaue City, Cebu. Founded with the support of family and business partners, the vision was clear from the start: to build a safe, decent, and convenient one-stop community where micro-entrepreneurs can showcase and grow their businesses within an organized and accessible district.
